Last week, we hosted a People Manager Training Workshop to strengthen leadership capabilities and enhance team collaboration across our organization.

The program focused on key challenges in team management — including talent identification and development, employee motivation, and cross-team collaboration. Through practical frameworks and real-world insights, participants gained a deeper understanding of effective people management and the importance of investing in talent.

More importantly, through immersive scenario-based simulations, our managers were able to sharpen their leadership skills and apply what they learned in hands-on situations.
