The selection of suppliers is the first guarantee. According to the AVL system, Flyking conducts regular evaluation and maintenance of all suppliers. Secondly, we adopt the industry's advanced ERP system to control the whole process of product information to ensure that information such as part number, COO, day code, and photos are complete and traceable. Before products enter the warehouse, we will carry out a complete inspection of the outer packaging, labeling, and functionality of the products, and this series of operations is based on the quality inspection laboratory established by ourselves independently.

Our self-own laboratory is equipped with metallurgical microscopes, X-rays, decapping equipment, oscilloscopes, and other precision testing equipment. All the testing processes strictly followed the international standard.

We have all witnessed the amazing development and advanced technology and supply chain solutions together to understand how far we have developed in this industry. Bringing better solutions to help build a world with less pollution is always Flyking’s goal.

Same to the cooperation in Electronica China 2023, Flyking together with Kaimeirui and Grand Vision present a series of automotive application solutions for the electric vehicle supply chain at NEAS China 2023. With professional solutions and attractive sweepstake games, we are so proud that we have won the crowd.

During the exhibition, Flyking’s representatives focused on how to improve the supply chain and allocate the sources against the tight supply caused by the rapid development of electric vehicles. We mainly illustrated how we are going to help with reducing the cost, shortening the lead time, and managing the market inventory. As an essential part of electric vehicles, we could see visitors were more focused on the MCUs. Stock sourcing and alternative brands sourcing, we have customized different solutions for every customer’s need.  

Meanwhile, many professional media were attracted by Flyking’s booth. During our exhibition, Mr. Cao, Sales Director of Kaimeirui, and Mr. Chen, Sales Director of Grand Vision, were interviewed by NEAS China 2023. They introduced in detail Flyking’s services and products, including automotive-grade MCUs, connectors, and power components.

Also, customers have learned from Kaimeirui how we help save their costs through other mainstream brands and provide application support. Because of the shortages, MCUs from other mainstream brands have attracted much attention, such as the FC4150 series and FC7300 series MCUs from Flagchips, among which the FC7300 series can be benchmarked against Infineon's TC family of controllers. It is a high-performance automotive-grade HPU based on a true 5V automotive-grade process with multiple Cortex-M7 cores and supports high-bandwidth and high-reliability embedded on-chip flash memory, and supports the application of ASIL-D+ASIL-B Functional Safety Level Multi-core configurations. The entire series has passed the AEC-Q100 certification for the Auto-Grade 1 level.  

Grand Vision has also showcased how we can help with the electric vehicle and charging pile electrical solutions. Our cold terminals, connectors, wiring harness, and transformers have truly made our solutions for the automotive supply chain a one-stop service. During the interview, Mr. Chen introduced various types of terminals that comply with automotive wiring harness standards and can meet CE, UL, ROHS, and REACH standards, as well as a complete set of customized services for terminals, which enable us to provide comprehensive solutions. In addition, he also explained Grand Vision's franchised lines for electric power components, including Hongfa Group, a company with 60%-70% market share of the automotive relay; Acxion, which is invested by Phoenix; and General Connectivity, which is compliant with EV high-voltage harnesses.

And, for sure, we also explained to every customer how we ensure the high quality of our products by cooperating with our own build laboratory. Quality comes first in every business. That’s why we established a quality testing laboratory equipped with advanced testing equipment and professional technicians to execute a rigorous inspection process for all incoming products. During the exhibition, we showcased our comprehensive incoming quality control system and how an electronic component can be determined to be qualified for warehouse entry, aiming to impress our customers that Flyking can be your trusted electronic component supply chain partner.
